H2OJust Add Water

Subject: H2O~~Just Add Water~~ Tue Jan 14, 2014 10:34 pm

A group of 5 teenage girls take a ride on their motor boat and decide to go towards an island. They adventure this newly discovered piece of land is called Mako Island. When they find a pool in the center of the volcano, the full moon approaches. Knowing there is no way out, the girls jump in the pool to try and find a way out. Something happens, though. Something magical.

The next day the are aware that whenever water touches them, after 10 seconds, they transform into real mermaids with real powers. The 5 elements(powers) are heat, freeze, bend, colorization, and gel.

The full moon effects the mermaids in weird ways. It makes them do bad stuff. Sometimes it may be good, but always be aware of it and be sure not to stare into the moonlight on a full moon.

Rules;
1) All WOF rules apply
2) You must have at least 2 characters to participate!
3) Cussing is allowed. If it is major, star it out.
4) Only girls can be mermaids, and there are only 5 girls.
5) Have fun!

Elements;
Each girl gets one power and it cannot be what any of the others have.

Freezing:
The power to make anything cold, cool down, freeze, or ice.

Heating:
The power to steam, melt, warm, burn, fire, or to heat anything up.

Bending:
The power to bend water. This power allows you to move, pick up(in air, nothing to hold it, with out touching it) or basically bend and liquid.

Colorize:
The power to change the color of anything that touches Earth.

Gel/Jelly:
The power to turn any liquid into a gel or jelly, which melts back into water after about 15 seconds. Also able to harden the gel or jelly if wanted, this does not turn back into water.

FIRST POST;

"Come on, Nixie! Get on!" Lyla begged. The five girls were hopping aboard Rikki's new motor boat. Nixie climbed on, sighing. When all of them were on, Rikki started up and went towards the ocean. "Guys, it's getting dark," Nixie whined, "This is not a good idea." Madison rolled her eyes and said, "Relax, Nixie! We will be fine." Madison put her hand on Nixie's shoulder and smiled at the view. "An island," Rikki said, "Let's check it out!" Rikki rode the boat to the island and everyone hopped off. They were adventuring it when Rikki fell in a hole. "Rikki!" Lyla yelled down to her. "Guys, you gotta check this out!" Rikki replied. One by one the girls fled down the hole. Nixie was last. She groaned and slid down. There was a couple stairs where the girls were, and they went up. Each one of then gasped to find a large pool. "We are in a volcano," Miranda commented, "And there is no way out except if we swim out." The girls jumped in the pool, just as the full moon made the water bubble and sparkle. After that, they swam out to the boat and got home safely. But the next day, they find out something new.

Madi woke up the next morning to the annoying alarm on her cell phone. "Shut....Up...." she whined, reaching for it on her bedside table. Finally leaning up and switching it off, she yawned and checked her text messages. Nothing new, Nixie was picking her up in an hour to go get breakfast. Madi sighed, and got up to go take a shower. Unfortunately, she was not prepared for what would happen next.

Madi stepped in the shower, and ten seconds later she found herself laying on the ground with a tail. "What....is this?" She asked herself. She looked around in a shocked face. How did this happen? She could only wonder.

After staring at her tail for at least another two minutes, Madi shook her head. "No, no there are no such thing as mermaids. I'm dreaming," she said to herself, hoping it were true. Flipping her tail up and down just to make sure she controlled it, she brought her arm over and pinched herself. Yep, she was definitely awake.

She took another look at her tail then reached for her phone. It was okay if it got wet because it was on a waterproof case. She started texting Nixie.
Nixie!!! I grew a tail!!! Help!!!
Since Nixie was going to pick her up, maybe she could help. Until then Madi leaned her head back and moaned.

Nixie's phone beeped, and she rolled her eyes and began stretching towards it. She was laying on the floor next to her running sink. Nixie had finally reached her phone and grabbed it, opening the text. As she read it, her eyes beamed. She replied, Oh shit! Same here! Let's text the others.

Nodding at her phones message, Madi sighed and texted the others, deciding to wait before questioning things. This happened when I got into the shower, maybe if I get dry...? she thought to herself, begging for her towel to work.

After she had dried off, her legs appeared again. "Thank god," she told herself. After checking her phone, she came to the conclusion that this was happening to every one of the girls.

Blinking and seeing her legs again, making sure they were actually there, Madi got out of the shower and changed clothes.
Did that rlly happen? one of her friends texted immediately.
We imagined growing tails for no good reason? Sureeee Madi replied.

"Die from tails? You've got to be kidding me Nix," Madi said, rolling her eyes. Truth be told she was equally worried, but didn't want to let the others catch onto her feelings.
